West Electric recently completed a solar panel and battery backup installation for my home. The experience exceeded my expectations from start to finish. I was especially impressed by their willingness to go the extra mile during the design phase of the project. They listened to what was important to me and explored alternatives to create the optimal solution. The installation crew was professional and meticulous in their work. We had West Electric do a full 200-amp service upgrade plus several dedicated circuits at my home. Ed came out on a Saturday for the initial walkthrough and was honest, straightforward, and easy to talk to from the start. The crew was professional, efficient, and a pleasure to have in the house. Had a solar system installed with West electric. They did an absolutely phenomenal job from the consultation to clean up and beyond. They communicated regularly throughout the process and were transparent from start to finish. If you are considering going solar, i recommend that you give them a call.
If you need to install a Wall Charger for your EV in Connecticut and have an old house, you won't regret the expertise of West Electric... Is there anything they can't do. We had the pleasure of getting Traver and Nick to do the install... don't plan on sleeping in the day they do the work... 7:30am ding dong. Impeccable and friendly service !! Will call again for any electrical work around the house.
