I came to get my wisdom teeth out. They took me in the same day. It was the worst experience. It took about 4hrs for the procedure. The doctor that preformed it didn’t numb me properly with local anesthesia and I could feel everything. He would keep injecting local anesthesia without waiting for it to work and would go right in to pulling again. I was literally shaking and crying on the table. Worst experience of my life. This office refuses to follow the Explanation of Benefits (EOB) from my insurance and insists on charging additional fees for services that are already covered and paid for by my insurance. Even after I presented the EOB and relevant paperwork, they refused to adjust the balance and did not reimburse the overpaid amount, which was above my responsibility as the patient.
