Honestly fark yea I’d recommend this place! THEY HELD MY HAND DURING SURGERY :’). I went in for a wisdom tooth extraction and had to go a couple days prior for some X-Rays. Bella the receptionist was super understanding of me being a tad bit late because of traffic and work while also making the New Patient paperwork super easy by sending it to my phone, in order to streamline the process of getting me seen. The whole staff is wonderful, giving an amazing atmosphere. Very helpful and polite. Monsse is great at being a calming energy for when you get nervous.
Being afraid of the dentist is very common, but going to West El Paso Dentist was the best decision I could have made. From Bella, and her soft and gentle greeting and reassurance as you walk in. The best customer service skills I have seen in this city. To an amazing dental assistant, Miguel. His calm, polite, and sweet personality as he guided me thru the office and set me up for xrays, prep for dental hygienist, to assisting Dr. Flores through my extractions. Excellent customer service and professional, knowledgeable, and expedient. I am very impressed and satisfied.
Staff was very helpful and made me feel at ease. I was very nervous about my appointment and the staff and dentist were very thorough and professional. Ashley was exceptional at explaining the financial aspect and scheduling an appointment that worked with my schedule since I travel out of town for work. Thank You!!!
