Good place to live 😊
If you love tranquility, then all you have to do is reserve your place in this fantastic complex. There's just one thing: although we are residents of this beautiful village, you raise the rent every year, even though we take care of our apartment as if it were our own. Please look into this matter.
People steal things from cars in the parking lot. They steal packages. They steal things from the laundry room. Homeless people sleep in the stairwells and on the main floor. The office is rude and doesn't respond to complaints. To get anything done, you always have to call the main office in Calgary. Meanwhile, they raised the rent by $300 over three years, the grounds are poorly maintained, and they've banned the use of the trash chute in the high-rise.
One of the worst managements of boardwalk ever. Review by a current resident. They planned a maintenance and water was discontinued from 8 am to 5 pm. It's 8 pm right now. No water. No communication to residents, no one is lifting calls even on the emergency maintenance number they provided. Absolutely ridiculous and pathetic work. You guys should skip one pay check of yours for the mess you've created.
