Chinese guy approaches me asking if I’m going to buy a car with bad attitude and I said just browsing and he just walk away.
Worst dealership ever. I went there with friends testing a vehicle and accidentally had the speakers at maximum volume so we left the car to be facing an employee there telling as that he is going to ban us from the mall we told him it was by accident but he was rude and said I'm calling security. My friend got mad and told him to get whoever he wants and we are going to be waiting here . We were invited to the EV Ride & Drive Event and set up an appointment. This location is a satellite location of West Edmonton Volkswagen. This is supposed to be a test drive of an EV vehicle. You are not advised ahead of time but you are required to sign a form which basically states that you are responsible for all damages. You are expected to check the vehicle ahead of time for damages and advise the representative if there are any damages, all this despite the fact that the representative rides with you.
