I am grateful for Ms. Ada, Ms. Melissa, Ms. Hudson. I noticed there is a constant rotation of teachers which has caused confusion in shift hand offs. There have been two instances now where my daughter was not fed. Either it was because they lost her bottle or because they didn’t see a time written down for her next bottle. I question the cleaning practices of KinderCare. My daughter’s clothing is always soiled by the end of the day with her bodysuit arms, knees and feet darken from whatever it is she is laying on. Our daughter has been going to KinderCare for a little over 1.5 years. She absolutely loves it there! Her teachers in Toddler 2 are always energetic and happy, and it shows on the kids. When we take her in the room for drop off she is already waving “bye” to us before we can set her down. The director, Ms. Shelby, is always super helpful and is pretty much there everyday if you need anything, but If she is not, then Ms. Alyx is right there. It’s like a big family and feels like every teacher knows your child’s name.
Miss Shelby and all the teachers are so wonderful and friendly. Our kids love attending here! We truly feel they care about our little ones. Keep up the great work!

I’ve moved around the country quite a bit for work, so my family has experienced many different daycares over the years. Without a doubt, this is the best daycare we’ve ever attended. The teachers here are wonderful. They are always motivated, cheerful, and genuinely caring. They take the time to get to know each kid and make every day fun and engaging.
