Gentleman said he'd be out on Friday to give me an estimate, and like so many other unprofessional businesses in the area, not only failed to show up, but didn't call or text to say he wouldn't be out. I ended up wasting an entire day waiting around. Would I recommend? Bahahahaha!!! That would be a big "NO WAY."
Karl and Michael came to my house and were friendly and very polite. They assessed and performed the task quickly and efficiently. They were clean and tidy, and kept the dust to a minimum. They took great care to update me on progress and if i needed items to make the finished look better. For $39 dollar vent the wall looked 10 times better. I appreciated the notification prior to arrival and the communication during the job.
Quality of work was pretty good but the level of professionalism and responsiveness was terrible. Karl’s pricing was higher than other quotes I received but he was a good sales man and said he could start the next day. The next day he showed up and I paid half upfront. They left scrap drywall on my lawn and then I could not get a hold of him for two weeks. I thought I had been scammed.
