Asked to see a doctor, was booked with a nurse according to my fit note. Was extremely dismissive, would ask questions and if I tried to explain my issue he would tell me that is not what I'm experiencing and that I'm too young to have these issues. Then proceed to put on my documents that I am not experiencing these things, despite being told by previous practitioners if I was to experience them to go straight back.
10/10 Came for a booked blood test, was in and out in under 10 mins. Lady who took my bloods was very attentive & professional. Good service should be commended! Well done West Drive & thank you!
If all surgeries are this bad I am assuming they are hoping to reduce the population. I cant ever get hold of a GP, and expecting me to be able to drop a days work on the HOPE I can get an appointment is insane. I cant complain enough about this. One positive, when you FINALLY (if you finally) get an appointment the Dr's are really good.
