Everybody was respectful and kind and understanding
They we great and friendly
The AI appointment manager was an actual nightmare. Took 4x to understand my email address, didn’t give me date options, the dentist canceled and it text spammed me every 15 minutes to reschedule, but when I called it did not give me the option to reschedule, and when I asked to speak with a person it just looped back to the start of the call, I got stuck in this loop for a few times until I decided to take my business elsewhere. Absolute waste of my time
Everyone I spoke with was polite and great customer service. I’m glad I found this place and they are open and tell you everything from what is good and what needs to improve. I like that everything is told to you but everything was great with my teeth. It’s a calm atmosphere when you walk in and feel welcomed!
