The attention to detail and courteous care I receive is exceptional. I am fortunate to have Dr.Lin as my dermatologist. She is stellar and the consummate professional.
Absolutely terrible experience. They booked me an appointment without ever asking what I was looking for. The first visit was very confusing and when I asked what I wanted, the Dr totally dismissed it citing the cost but what he did ended up costing way more out of pocket. Took biopsies on other spots. Asked me to come back and complained the whole time he was removing one mole. Sure it probably needed to be done but why not look at all of them then? Why can’t you do anything about the one that still bothers me a lot more??
I was very happy with the NP, Naomi who performed my skin check. She and her assistants were very kind!
