I have never had a Harder time scheduling an appointment than I did scheduling with West Dermatology! Kate took my call & asked if I had Insurance, I said yes, I believe it is Cigna ( I was wrong) it is Blue Cross,.. She asked for a P.O Box # off the back of the card, I searched & found a 4 digit #, Kate states that’s not it, the # should be 6 digits. Go elsewhere. The doctor here barely looks at your skin and misses actual cancer. You can’t get a decent exam in 60 seconds.
