This new triage system is an absolute joke!! Completed the form yesterday morning (Thursday) and it is now Friday at 6pm and I am still waiting for someone to call me back for a prescription for morphine, as I am in a lot of pain. Just to top it off the pharmacy shuts in 30 minutes, so when I do eventually speak to someone I won’t be able to get it until tomorrow. No duty of care regarding patients in pain at all. Wouldn’t even give them one star.
Sorry to give 1 star as the Doctors have been great, and the man on reception has been great. Its the other, I have been put through to, total lack of empathy with a terrible phone manor. I would advise to the seniors to put the person through a basic training or maybe listen to a couple of her calls. what's up with some people surely you should care and want to help vulnerable people in that kind of role.
Fantastic care for my 3 week old daughter from the receptionists and Drs Edwards, Armstrong and Lewis. Both times I called to make an appointment the phone was answered within 1 minute and got a same day appointment face to face with a Dr.
My wife has been waiting for her prescription to be sent to the pharmacist for over a week. When you fing the surgery all you get is sorry. It's supposed to have been done but the problem is with the script, whatever that is. Has anyone made any enquiries why it isn't working "No" is the answer. Still no sign of her medication.They don't even follow their own guidelines.
My son had a appointment today with Dr. Jones I can not thank her enough for Listening to him with a caring nature
