The service I received when I first started at this office has continually went downhill. Since they switched to the Health Outcomes Center for managing prior authorizations and refills, it’s been a nightmare. The Health Outcomes Center never has the correct info. They never know what meds are on my insurance formulary. They sent my current script to the wrong specialty pharmacy twice before I called and told them it needed to be sent to Accredo. Dr. Joshy is a saint but the staff not so much. I've been trying to reach someone, anyone just to get the number to the pharmacy they use for injections going on day 2 of no one returning my calls. I should of had my medicine a couple weeks ago!! The staff honestly could care less about patients. Probably looking else where for treatment which sucks because I love Dr. Joshy...
Dr. Vijay is amazing! He is smart and thorough and has one of the best bedside manners I have experienced with a doctor. He explained things in detail but in simple terms. I would highly recommend him to anyone! The girls at check in always welcome me with a smile too!
I visited Dr. Kamat's office a few years ago for autoimmune issues diagnosed by another provider in my previous state. We ran the AVISE test, and I was told that one marker came back, but it wasn't anything to be worried about. I was told they would talk to the director of the company because that result shouldn't have come back positive.
