Good place clean well-organized not overcrowded
I can't say enough nice things about Dr. Kamat and Lauren S. Some test results from my primary care sent me to West County Rheumatology and I'm so glad this is where I landed. There are no quick or easy answers for what is going on with me, and that can be really frustrating. However, the thorough explanations of what we do know, and Lauren and Dr. Kamat's caring attitude, and willingness to answer every single question make all the difference. The service I received when I first started at this office has continually went downhill. Since they switched to the Health Outcomes Center for managing prior authorizations and refills, it’s been a nightmare. The Health Outcomes Center never has the correct info. They never know what meds are on my insurance formulary. They sent my current script to the wrong specialty pharmacy twice before I called and told them it needed to be sent to Accredo.
