Terrible business practices – This company took advantage of a bad situation, insulted, and harassed me. When I asked them to rectify the issue they further degraded me. I had contacted the Account Specialist at West County Radiology her name was Amanda. I was seeking to discuss an outrageously large bill that I had received from them.
