I called to get an appointment for the paint on my Cadillac SRX to get fixed. The lady I spoke to was extremely rude and said she wouldn’t make me an appointment because, “It would cost more than my vehicle was worth”. I was nearly speechless. I definitely would Not recommend.
RecommendedThey took my old beater and made it look new again, I absolutely love it. Friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff. Great detail, very reasonably priced and I even got a small jar of extra paint!!
If I had a wreck in your parking lot, simply because of your annoying and obnoxious radio ad I would have the car towed somewhere else to be repaired.

We are a repeat customer and have always been treated well. Our car is fixed very nicely and on time each time it has been in the shop. During the last repair, the passenger side head light was replaced leaving the one on the drivers side very yellowed and aged. They buffed the drivers side one out like new so that they would match the new one.
They do excellent work and their customer service is excellent also. They go far beyond what is expected. West County Auto Body is a company with a heart. Jill Cathcart
Great customer service!! I don't know the name of the man that did an amazing repair on my windshield but he was very polite and helpful. This is my second experience in a year and both have been better than I ever expected.
I had a fantastic experience with west county and their whole team. Struggled with State Farm and I was in a not at fault accident, they tried to make things difficult for me, but Rob and the West County team did a fantastic job. I would never take my cars to anyone else! I picked up this morning and I’m still smiling, my car looks GREAT! Thank you guys so much!
