I called to get an appointment for the paint on my Cadillac SRX to get fixed. The lady I spoke to was extremely rude and said she wouldn’t make me an appointment because, “It would cost more than my vehicle was worth”. I was nearly speechless. I definitely would Not recommend.
We are a repeat customer and have always been treated well. Our car is fixed very nicely and on time each time it has been in the shop. During the last repair, the passenger side head light was replaced leaving the one on the drivers side very yellowed and aged. They buffed the drivers side one out like new so that they would match the new one.
They do excellent work and their customer service is excellent also. They go far beyond what is expected. West County Auto Body is a company with a heart. Jill Cathcart
Amazing service and just as amazing results. Not only waa the repair 100% but the vehicle was returned to me looking new inside and out. Their attention to detail is second to none. They really understand customer service.
