I had a terrible experience with West Country following a new RO installation in spring 2024. One of the filters was installed incorrectly, which caused a flood and resulted in significant damage to my home. I immediately contacted one of the owners, Rob, by phone. He initially accepted responsibility and explicitly told me he would work with me to cover my insurance deductible, as the damages were expected to exceed $25,000. I have been dealing with West Country for our water well needs for the past five years and they have been extremely helpful to say the least. They are quick to respond to any questions that I may have and their service and follow-up is exceptional. I would HIGHLY recommend them for any of your water well needs.
Amazing service. Our water well quick working & I was able to get a hold of Rob even on the weekend. He helped out a lot & it was greatly appreciated. He suggested I wait til Monday as parts could not be found & they didn't want me to spend unnecessary money. Monday morning they came out, got it fixed quickly. Reid is very knowledgeable , the service was amazing & they take price into consideration for the customer. I would highly recommend them for all your water needs
Rob saved me hundreds if not thousands of dollars today. At 9am on a Saturday, he diagnosed my issues with no water well pump starting up. What's more impressive is he walked me thru over the phone and thru text what to test and where, and I replaced a 30$ pressure switch to restore water!!! Best part is instead of spending 3k on a new in well pump, potentially pulling it out (140'), I was able to save OT and travel charges after Rob's advice!!! Definitely recommend!!! Will be hiring them for all my water well needs!
West Country does all the water work for us at Camp Alexo and we couldn't be more grateful for their work! Thanks to their work, we never have to worry about it and we can focus on ensuring our campers have an amazing experience! Thank you for everything you do, West Country!
