I called to make an appointment with a counselor for my husband and myself as my daughter had seen a counselor here before that we were quite happy with, but the receptionist was so short and rude to me over the phone, I didn’t even want to move forward with setting up an appointment. So unprofessional, especially for a counselling office. I will go elsewhere.

Salma Emamdad has been a wonderful counsellor for one of my children. She creates an emotionally safe environment where my child feels comfortable opening up.
