Poor service, trying book appointments for 6 months and nothing happen. Staff keep lie to you. Bullying to deaf person, NHS online and say available to book but This GP recp keep say no available. Very rude and shame
Terrible. Tried to make an appointment for a recurring condition. This was on 25/01/23 but because I had seen a doctor in August 22 the rectionist went to the rear of the room for advice and they came back and said we have no appointments available keep ringing up for one. Poor service. Making judgments at receptionist level.
