The vet is very inexperienced and our dog almost lost her eye. She needs to go back to vet school and educate herself before she gets sued.
Pedro had his first sick vet appointment today. I was not happy with the way things went during our appointment. First of all his vet came in with a look of disgust when she looked at his ears. He is our family's first pet and we are still learning about him and about puppies in general. She also made a comment about his behavior and asked if I'd thought about training him (he is very hyperactive around new people and other pets). A staff member loudly criticized us because our new puppy, who had never been to a vet, had snapped at her. I was shocked that these supposedly experienced vets have never dealt with a frightened puppy before. The small house environment (the building actually used to be a house) is nice, but I do not care for the blank, "spaced out" demeanor of the assistants. I feel like my dogs are numbers to them.
