My first visit to West Cobb Dentistry was yesterday and my experience was amazing. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I felt at ease and well taken care of throughout the entire process. I would recommend West Cobb Dentistry to all my friends and family.
I had a fantastic experience, the front desk was excellent and friendly. My hygienist was Charlene and she was incredibly sweet and answered all my questions. Dr. Mark Dagher did my exam, he had great bedside manner and was practical about my situation + very knowledgeable. They didn’t try to upsell me on services, which was nice. A lot of dentists try to find problems. If you’re looking for a new practice - pick them.
Wow. The entire team was friendly, gracious, helpful and thorough. I am a patient for life thanks to Rebecca. I had developed some fear of the dentist and Rebecca was my hygienist and made me feel so comfortable. She checked on me the whole time and explained what she was doing and why. She adjusted her time to allow more time with me as I was in need of a major cleaning plus a toothache. Just wonderful!
My first visit. Cost more than I was quoted for initial visit/x-rays & cleaning. Extensive exam took extra time. Therefore they were not able to do the cleaning that day and I have to go back next week. A bit disappointed. Was not give an itemized receipt. Spouse goes here for years and has liked it. The staff was friendly and professional.
