It is impossible to get a hold of anyone with their automated phone system. I have been trying for weeks to set up a new patient appointment. You cannot ever get a live person on the phone and it won’t even allow me to log into their portal.
I have been trying to reach this office to make/reschedule an appointment for more than a week now and all you can do is leave a message for someone to call you back then they call you back at 8 am when your getting ready for work yourself or when your at work only to have to call back and get the run around with press here and press there all over again . Why can't you answer the darn phone its so frustrating and so impersonal. I haven't even bees to this practice and i am already aggravated and discouraged
This practice is professional and cares for the needs for all your medical necessary issues you maybe experiencing as a female. They really take the time with you. Wish they would be able to take Care Credit because you are least trying to care for yourself. And they do not take certain credit cards so you may want to call a head to see what they take if you are a new patient at this practice.
