Screens are poorly designed it serves no purpose.I can't enjoy fresh air. Frogs and lizards and other creator's come through the big gap the screen has. Very displeased. Screen are also very light and sways.. It sounds like a frait train..
I had four impact doors installed about a year ago and they continue to fit great and feel very solid. Customer service has been great as well
I now have three maybe even four Windows that are defective at CWS supplied in order to get them replaced it will cost me thousands of dollars per window plus to have an inspector come out. This is terrible for a company that manufactures hurricane windows. I don’t recommend anyone buying windows manufactured by CWS. They do warranty the window and will supply a replacement window, but the cost to replace it are as much as the window.
Andy, Dan and Dave were so helpful! They went out of their way to repair my windows! They did more than required by the warranty and exceeded my expectations. I cannot stress enough that West Coast Windows does quality work and honors the customer! I purchased from them some time ago and they came out and serviced the windows with such a quick response time. Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and quick - highly recommend!
