Andy, Dan and Dave were so helpful! They went out of their way to repair my windows! They did more than required by the warranty and exceeded my expectations. I cannot stress enough that West Coast Windows does quality work and honors the customer! I purchased from them some time ago and they came out and serviced the windows with such a quick response time. Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and quick - highly recommend!
Dan and Andy are great. We got a slider and windows installed in 2020 (which were much more affordable than the cookie guys) and today they came out after we called yesterday to urgently fix a broken lock. Andy fixed it in no time and spent time readjusting the piece on my cat door the slider locks into. Super patience and professional. This is why we picked a local business in the first place. 10 out of 10. Amazing business.
We are extremely happy with the quality and service of West Coast Windows & Exteriors. From the beginning to end the process was easy and pleasant. We have very custom window sizes, and Joel the sales guy, was very knowledgeable and forthright with what size hurricane windows can fit in the space and with a very weird triangle window we had, he told us hurricane window would not fit in that space but was able to come up with a great solution that we are super happy with. We had all our windows replaced with hurricane windows four years ago, 19 in total. They did an amazing job. During hurricane Milton one did it's job. Fast forward to now. We had water damage near one of the windows. Turns out it wasn't the window but they responded to my call immediately, asked for photos and were out the next day. They are absolutely first class! Would and have recommended them without reservation!
Just had 13 windows installed (September 2025). Overall, I recommend WCW. They were the best value even compared to others who quoted the exact same windows. The install crew was top-notch: efficient, polite, neat and very respectful. Swapping out windows is very dusty but they carefully cleaned up. My only negative comments (WCW is well aware of my complaint and really took my comments seriously) are the main office doesn't communicate effectively.
