I had all my house windows plus a slider replaced with double pane high impact windows. The company was recommended by a neighbor. The owner came for the estimate and he was very low key…no pressure. The windows came in a week early and they started 2 days later. My house took 3 days. The 2 installers are long term company employees, which gave me confidence. Met with a rep of this company October 21st. Discussed hurricane protection options for our residence and our neighbor's home as they were also interested. He took measurements of the windows on both homes. Then...nothing. Called a few days ago several times, no answer, message says "Please enter your remote access code"...? Sent an email on 11 12; no response. I'm beginning to wonder if this company is still in business...?
Jordan (Owner’s son) came out on September 17 weeks before all the hurricanes. Sales man attitude. However, we are yet to receive the estimate after a month and half of following up. Dont waste your time with these people
