West Coast Windows recently completed installing new windows on my whole house. Estimator Joel was great, very personable and answered all the questions I had. Dave at the office was amazing throughout the process and kept me well updated. The installation team was fast and professional, they even did some wonderful finish work around the windows to make them perfect, finish work that was not part of or included in the price. We are extremely happy with our new windows! The whole process was extremely easy and exactly as described. They were very professional and handled everything here at my house with care and detail. Every single employee we interacted with was kind and very personable. They took care of everything (permits, and inspections). I would highly recommend this company.
There were some issues with my original install. The owner was extremely responsive and got a new team out within a couple days to make the necessary adjustments. Obviously perfect on the first try would be ideal, but that’s not always possible. The speed and accuracy with which the issues were addressed is impressive, and says a lot about how the company is run. In short, fair price, fantastic final result, happy customer.
