We are very impressed with your company. The windows and doors arrived earlier than promised, which was great! And your friendly installation crew was amazing, the job was done in a very professional manner and they left the site perfectly cleaned up. I will recommend your company to my friends.
Love this firm and highly recommend from the sales guy to the installers, all friendly, approachable and professional. A tiny glitch was repaired quickly, definitely a 5 star firm.
The windows are great, and were very well installed. The warranty submission would be improved by allowing the user to print the completed form before submitting it on line.
West Coast Windows did an excellent job replacing all the windows and two doors in our home. The crew completed the installation on time, was very efficient, and left both inside and out clean. We are thrilled with the quality of the windows and doors, and so happy that they are locally made.
We are really impressed by the service provided by west coast. Keith handled the quoting/sales with a lot of intentionality, and was thoughtful not to criticize the other companies in town (unlike some of the other estimators we had come in). Trent and his guys were among the most professional tradesmen I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. They finished all of our windows in a day, they were tidy, and super personable.
