"Our Commitment to You! Long after the job is complete, West Coast Window & Door stands behind both product and installation." Not necessarily true. WCWD installed the windows in new construction at Regent Lane in St. Petersburg, FL. After moving in, in October 2018, I now have a few issues with one window in my home - nothing huge and missing clips (didn't noticed, until a neighbor told me to check).
