Enjoyable train ride while in Queenstown, DONT have breakfast if doing the 10am ride as the scones were the best we've had in Tassie so far ! (Canopes, cheese and the chocolate YUM) Lily was such a talented host, her cooking skills of various menu items legendary. Hi Lily 😃
My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our experience on the West Coast Wilderness Railway. Bec’s commentary was excellent as was Jeni’s attention to detail in the service of food and drinks in the premium carriage. The only thing that detracted from our experience was other passengers standing on the outside balcony of the premium carriage. They blocked our view forward on the return journey to Queenstown from Rinadeena. Only one passenger came out to take photos. A relaxing journey with lots of historical narratives along the way. Through stunning wilderness. A short stop off for a walk through the trees and a taste of local honey. A must do adventure while in Strahan.
Unbelievable staff and excellent customer service. We were treated with respect and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Cleanness of the train and the well kept tracks made it exciting for our journey. Train drivers was well experienced and always friendly to all on board. This is an experience and we will recommend it to all friends and family.
Such an incredible experience! Food and service were exceptional and accommodating to dietary requirements - truly the very best gluten free scone I have ever had! Staff were friendly and knowledgeable, we loved learning about history and the beautiful famous trees <3
