Owner is aggressively rude.
I gave you a 5 star rating because I figured you needed the help. Maybe if you could explain to these people that if you dont work for the general public then, who it is you do rim repair work for and if you do an exceptionable job maybe refer them to whomever you do the work for. I wish I had a flourishing business where I could turn customers away who were willing to give me their hard earned money. Fixed my wheel in 10 minutes, literally!
I simply asked for the service they provide. The guy was so rude for no reason. I would never spend my hard earned money at a place this unnecessarily mean to the general public. What did I ever do to them to be talked to that way I will never know. Maybe they only service the president or something. Regular hard working people don’t stand a chance apparently.
Never again. Good luck with these bums. It’s only your money.
