The installer (Loni) was actually early and completed the job exactly as he said he would. We were very pleased with his service. He was so kind as to wait to turn off our water while our housecleaners finished their work as they required some water.

On the last call on 11/06/17, the technician, Erik, spent over two hours going over the heat pump and all that for 99 bucks. His friendly, helpful attitude was most also most noteworthy.
