West Coast has performed root canal procedures on both of our beloved pups. Most recently for Marlin. Despite the insane runaround we had with our vet (separate outfit) before the most recent procedure with Marlin, they worked with dignity and completely diffused the issues we had. Treating us and our boy with world class service, and showed incredible generosity towards our situation. We can't thank them enough, and place 100% faith in them for any future visit. Top class!
Our gigantic and hyperactive 7 month old puppy needed to have an oral mass removed and biopsied, Dr. Legendre and the vet tech team were amazing. They explained everything to us, were in consistent communication, and took such good care of him the day of his surgery that he didn't want to leave! We felt welcome to call with any questions before and after the procedure and the team was so willing to help with navigating aftercare, insurance and anything else that came up. Coming from someone who works in the veterinary industry I have very high standards and this Team of amazing veterinary professionals is 10/10. Dr. Angie and the entire team are incredible. They have taken such good care of my cat Maple and her complicated issues over the years, and have shown empathy and compassion to us both. Dr. Angie's diligence caught an unrelated and undetected issue prior to a procedure - without this, I may not still have Maple with me. I trust everyone at the clinic implicitly deeply appreciate knowing Maple will receive the best possible care there.
