Still waiting to get an appointment after 14 days of waiting so I call them again and when I do get to speak to the operator, she transfer me to new patient and that mailbox is full. So I call Ventura Office and the same thing, mailbox is full. Tried to call SB to tell them and the operator also has a full mailbox. Thank goodness I have PPO.
I had a very good experience with these guys. I’ve had varicose veins in my leg since my late teens, and now in my mid 40s have had to have varicose vein surgery.
