I should’ve done this a while back. The first person I saw was beautiful Mackenzie she put me at ease, “because if you’re there you’re nervous.” Then I saw Richard Grills. Can’t speak highly enough of him and his team. Thank you.
Mr Preece was an amazing help when I came in with my concern. Got the help I needed as soon as possible.
Richard Grills was extremely rude and hostile to his staff when I arrived which made me pretty concerned from the get go. He had a terrible attitude towards me and made me feel like I was wasting his time whilst I was there plus, kept reminding me that he was timing the session. When he did the prostate examination he jammed his thumb in me so hard I saw stars. Not only did I feel violated and $200 short in the pocket with no conclusion from Richard. Had a procedure completed by Mrs Katherine, she has the best patient side manner, very good at explaining the steps and is very patient... I'm more of a complex patient, but she handled everything with easy... highly recommended Mrs Katherine, even if the procedure itself was not the best, I was definitely in very capable medical hands.
