If I could give zero stars I would. What’s the point of a walk in clinic if they’re never open?
Waiting here is a complete waste of time. They rarely open on time, and even tell latecomers they have to leave an hour early, meaning they can only see five patients, less than ten. They then tell those who have waited over two hours to leave. This is a deceptive practice for sick patients. The receptionists are also incredibly rude. I came here because I was sick, but I ended up leaving because I was so heartbroken.

Only open for two two hour periods per weekday. Line starts 2 hours before the clinic opens. So your chances of being seen are slim bless you dedicate the day to sitting waiting for a chance to be seen only to be turned away. Need to incentivize more doctors in port Alberni to either start a practice here, or at least pitch in some time to the nearly pointless clinic.
