Bought my bike before I had my licence,2 month later my friend tells me my bike needs a service and the back tyre needs replaced ok my fault because I didn't know about on roadbike tyres, got my licence and tried to book a service, November they said , I have a 6 month service clause on my warranty so im 1 month out? Ok my fault i should've booked in advance, do better west coast Triumph. These guys are amazing, they are always ready to help you with anything. Especially the guy from the parts department. He was very kind and helpful in purchasing parts.
Bit disappointed to be honest after previously receiving great service. Requested a p/x price against a bike showing as in stock. Got told after providing all my details, bike details and accesories as requested! that they dont have the bike and cant get one till 2026 models are available. If they either didnt want my bike or the web hasnt been updated just say.
Submitted an online enquiry to purchase a bike on trade in and had a swift response asking for more details of the trade-in bike. Having sent all the required information (and probably more) by 'return email' - never heard another word and noticed the bike I was interested in buying was withdrawn, presumably sold, a few days later. The fact that it sold to someone in a better position to finalise the transaction is absolutely fine, it's the abstract rudeness of the sales rep that I cannot abide. The customer service is absolutely spot on. So much so it was a factor in what my first bike would be and from where I bought it. (Trident 660 fyi. Love it too) The purchase process was fantastic and I was sent regular updates and videos of the stage of my bike etc. even some bikes of different colours so I could make my final choice. Showroom has plenty of bikes on show. Also trade ins for sale. Place is fully accessible and easy to park at. Facilities are excellent and clean. Great experience for my first ever new vehicle.
