My wife and I bought a 1977 food truck and brought it to west coast trailers to be remodeled. Luis and his crew went above and beyond making sure we had all new equipment and everything certified. Without this place we would have been lost trying to open our truck. Thank you for everything. We would highly recommend this company.
I’m not even sure where to begin. Luis saved the day with our plumbing set up on our mobile bar. Literally saved the day. He had some down/vacation time in his words and he took us in and not only got the job done but exceeded our expectations! I cannot thank him and his team enough for completing this task for The Thirsty Fish mobile bar!!

I purchased a Food & Coffee trailer this year. Owners Luis and Anna are a Dream to work with. Great Communication and the Quality of the Trailer and Build is great. Luis worked really hard to make sure my Trailer was all decked out with the right equipment and water system for my Espresso machine and Menu. It took about a month longer than quoted and there were just a few hiccups with the Propane and Water system, but Luis was right on it to get it working right. 👍 Made me feel important and appreciated.
