Walked in hoping to get a feel for Rav4. There were 2 of them on the floor. All locked. The receptionist didn’t greet us, but did inform us that “they are locked for a reason.” They were all sold. Why are they still on the sales floor then?! She calls Mark to help me and my husband. I tell him I want to check out Rav4, want to sit inside. He unlocks the sold car and asks me if I’m going to sit in the driver’s seat!?
