John helps me trade my old lease car with negative equity with the new one West coast is the only Toyota dealership solve my problem with negative equity. I shop around before I come to see this dealership. I went to 4 Toyota dealership and my problem didn't solve. I know my negative equity in my old lease is huge but with rebates and government grant and higher buyout on my car, it recovers my negative equity. Good overall buying experience, but a couple of service misses. My $500 deposit was initially missed and required follow-up to correct, and the vehicle was delivered with only 30% charge, which caused me some range concern as I live 40 km away and am new to EV's.
