I just bought my Tacoma premium recently and Iam fully satisfied with my purchase, from the vehicle itself and the people I dealt with. The first time we came to the store we were met by Mark Fernandez the advisor, and I was so impressed on his welcoming attitude, his very detailed, professionalism and knowledge on the product. Also to Naomi, the finance manager, her thorough discussion and welcoming attitude towards me. I will surely recommend this dealership to my relatives and friends.
West Coast Toyota and Jean Sleiman did a great job getting us in our new car. We were impressed with the whole process from selecting the right trim level to purchase. After poor experiences at other dealerships who insisted on adding junk fees or high pressure tactics, West Coast was a refreshing experience. Pickup day was well organized and we drove away with smiles on our faces. We would recommend Jean and West Coast Toyota if you are looking for a car and want to deal with a great salesman and dealership.
I give this place 5 stars due to: Bought several parts already. Most of them, they charge right on MSRP. This is how dealers should be.
Extremely disappointing experience with West Coast Toyota! I ordered a new 2026 RAV4 Hybrid in February and was originally told it would arrive in early June. It ended up arriving in early August, about two months later than promised. When the vehicle finally arrived, we discovered widespread paint contamination across multiple panels, including the roof.
