Fantastic after‑sales support. Even though my towbar was a few years old, the team treated the replacement like a priority. They were friendly, honest, and took the time to make sure everything was fitted safely and correctly. It’s rare to find service this genuine these days. Very happy with the result.

Great experience from start to finish. Very helpful on the phone, awesome quoted price, much cheaper than i found elsewhere. Arranged a suitably time easily, they were then ready for me, dropped us both of at the beach for a few hours and picked us up when the job was finished. Great workmanship. Traveled all the way from Perth for this, highly recommend the, could not be happier with the finished product, thanks so much to the entire team, they are all stars.
