We called West Coast at 1pm today, asking simply for a quote on a set of 4 tires. By 2pm we had called around for quotes on our last-minute tire search (for an odd-sized tire at that). We knew West Coast was the place to go, mostly because of how helpful Felipe was on the phone. The quote he gave me was only a bit higher than the competitors but he worked with us and because it was such a positive experience I was absolutely content with paying for the great service that was provided to us today.
