I was so privileged to be staying nearby here on my short CA trip. I had two classes with Elaine, one a yoga class and the other pilates. She's awesome. Do not miss if you are in the area. They have an unbeatable 7-day pass.
I really cant say enough great things from this place. I had never done yoga in my life and I was afraid and skeptical of doing it because everyone seemed super advance. I am now hooked and going on my 3rd month here. I must say DAN COHEN made this experience amazing for someone that comes from a way different environment and that was overthinking even stepping in. Had a great first class here today! I took the 830am bikram class and would definitely recommend this studio based off my experience. The cues were clear and concise, the perfect amount of coaching. The facilities were clean. The class itself was on the fuller side but not oversold or packed in like sardines. I totally will be back !
