This place is a joke. You spend an hour filling out all the paper work, get an email saying you are qualified THEN they send an email saying your birth was too long ago! LOL why not put that in the first question and stop the process right there instead of wasting our time??? Clown agency!
My entire experience from Morgan the intake coordinator, to Debbie my case manager, to delivery, was a dream. They are so fun to work with! Debbie helped me each step of the way. I was never left in the dark and never felt alone. Thank you for helping me give a family the ultimate gift.
We initially used the services of West Coast Surrogacy to have our first child in 2022 and they then assisted us with our second daughter who was born earlier this year (2025). We'd split the services we received from them into two parts - firstly sourcing a surrogate and then secondly providing support and assistance as you progress with trying to get pregnant and having a baby. Well it happened, we have a beautiful baby girl!!! The process is just so hard and long and complicated and while I have no other agencies to compare it to, the case coordinator is the person that makes the difference. Make sure to focus on that when you are looking for an agency. Amy was ours and she was patient and thoughtful and encouraging through the experience. Again, it is a hard process so to have great support is what makes all of the difference!
