We love our Trillium 2 spa! Our experience with West Coast Spas was fantastic! The sales side was low-pressure and nothing like the other vendors. We were excited to purchase a spa from an Oregon-grown, family-run company, that was manufactured in Oregon. The spa was delivered on February 21 and those guys were awesome! They were extremely careful and made sure that our spa was placed exactly where we wanted. I highly recommend working with Kreg and Cody on any needs you have for sheds. I looked at a lot of builders and ultimately chose Summit as a brand for their best in class quality and build. I couldn’t be happier. Kreg was incredibly helpful, low pressure, and wanted to make sure that I was happy throughout the process. He did a great job talking through options on 3 trips over to make the decision and went out of his way to make sure I had all my questions answered. Very nice good deals a bit more on the pricier side but they have very nice tubs with financing through wellfargo if that's something that your looking for we ended up going else where with a used tub but this place and customer service was great
We love our hot tub from West Coast Spas. We came in over Labor Day weekend and Kreg helped us figure out what we were even looking for in a tub. We've been super impressed with the quality of the tub which is way better built than basically any other tub I've ever been in and would definitely recommend WCS if you're thinking of buying one. Update: The menu button on the tub control panel stopped working about 6 months after installation.
