I’ve been in the restaurant once for lunch and everything including the food was good. I’ve ordered food through DoorDash several times, however, the last two times I’ve ordered a side desert (cookies) and the first time received only 1 of 4 that I ordered. And today I ordered 2 and received none. I called the restaurant and asked if they were out of these cookies and she said no they had several. What an amazing experience I had! I went in and ordered the Garlic Pesto Turkey, and it was absolutely delicious. Two of the young ladies Rubi & Randy was just ever so kind. They helped me choose a lovely sandwich, especially since it was my very first visit. I will most certainly be returning. The food was marvelous, and the customer service was just wonderful.
I walked in the store and the service was terrible ! One of the coworkers was slamming doors and slamming things all over was being extremely rude made me and my family uncomfortable never going in again the environment was terrible !
I ordered the turkey & cranberry with no onions & add avocado. SANDWICH SUCKED! #1- It had onions #2- no avocado #3- I don't know what they use for the cranberry but it literally made me sick! After 3 bites I tossed it & now I feel like im going to 🤮
Been to this location several times and always liked it, but this visit was clearly a big disappointment. First stood there waiting to order for over 5 minutes with nobody acknowledging me and coming over to take my order. Then once I ordered the order I have had since the day they opened and recommended by the franchise owner, which is a turkey & ham club, was told they don’t make that and it’s not on the menu.
