I ordered the turkey & cranberry with no onions & add avocado. SANDWICH SUCKED! #1- It had onions #2- no avocado #3- I don't know what they use for the cranberry but it literally made me sick! After 3 bites I tossed it & now I feel like im going to 🤮
Been to this location several times and always liked it, but this visit was clearly a big disappointment. First stood there waiting to order for over 5 minutes with nobody acknowledging me and coming over to take my order. Then once I ordered the order I have had since the day they opened and recommended by the franchise owner, which is a turkey & ham club, was told they don’t make that and it’s not on the menu. I was served a turkey sandwich that contained visible mold, which is completely unacceptable. Upon entering the establishment, I also observed a dead roach on the floor. Additionally, the indian lady present was extremely rude, and the overall cleanliness and odor of the store were concerning. I strongly recommend that the city conduct an inspection of this location to ensure it meets proper health and safety standards.
Got the 4" sandwich for lunch which was the perfect size because I wasn't super hungry. The house sauce is really good! It wasn't busy so my food came out quickly. The only issue is the parking lot which is usually pretty packed.
