West Coast Solar Review While the initial sales process with West Coast Solar was professional and well-organized, the installation phase was severely lacking in execution, communication, and accountability. Despite being assured that all work would be completed by in-house crews, the installation was plagued by missteps. Working with WCS has been an absolute nightmare. I wish I would've gone with any other solar company. A really good friend and fellow business owner recommended WCS because his friend was one of their sales people. He's a really good sales man, as he sold us on going with WCS instead of the company I had originally wanted to go with.
