Service technician Cliff did a great job.
The part we needed finally came in. Now that we were able to schedule it all went well. The waiting was the frustrating part and lack of communication about it.
The sales and installation process were fine, but since my solar system stopped working months ago, the customer service has been completely unresponsive, with many false promises regarding fixing my system. I wish I had chosen a company that cared more about their customers.
My inverter replacement occurred as scheduled and the installation went without issues.
