I am providing the latest update on the installation of my system which has still not been completed by Westcoast Solar since the original installation of sept 2024. I REALLY DID NOT WANT TO HAVE TO GIVE ANOTHER BAD REVIEW. HAD THEY FOLLOWED THROUGH COMPLETELY, I WOULD HAVE PROVIDED A REVISON THAT I WAS COMPLETELY SATISFIED. The technician who replaced our inverter and one solar panel was highly knowledgeable, professional, and completed the entire job very fast. I highly recommend West Coast Solar.

I like to thank Rob for the excellent customer service provided, he worked on 2 EcoFlow solar installations on my son’s homes. First one is perfect. But 2nd one has intermittent issues that requires immediate diagnosis when it happens, this is where Rob shows his excellent commitment to customer services.
