I went in expecting to place a custom order but was elated when Chris brought out a pair of Boss boots in my size. He was patient, honest and extremely knowledgeable. I'm glad we went to the workshop directly and had the experience we did. Now I know my size, I'll absolutely be adding more to my collection. Amazing boots! I have always worn Red Wings and Whites but wanted to try out an engineer boot, so I thought let's try Wesco. I placed an order on January 31st, 2025 and received them on April 29th, 2025. The boots fit like a glove and they are super comfy. I am a size 8D in Red Wings and Whites and got an 8E in the Wesco Mister Lou. They are my new favorite boot and can't wait to break them in. Thank you very much to the Wesco team for clear and timely communication.
Two years to get a pair of $600 custom fit jobmaster boots that don't fit any better than off the shelf sizes. They don't appear to be custom anything. Big expectations equal big disappointment after 2 years. They've been sent back and reworked twice and the boots are and have always been uncomfortable to the point I struggle wearing them enough to even break them in.
