"I had a fantastic experience renting a unit at West Coast Self-Storage Palm Springs! The staff was amazing—so helpful, friendly, and accommodating when I was trying to figure out what size unit I needed. The facility is incredibly modern, spotless, and truly feels like a Safe Haven for my belongings. With their climate-controlled units, digital surveillance, and secure gate access, I never have to worry about the safety of my items. Highly recommend!"
The onsite manager, Kelli, was absolutely wonderful. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful and made me feel right at home. The place is very clean, safe, and well kept. HIGHLY recommend getting a unit here if you’re in the market. Update as of 6/29/26. I needed to move units, a large one to a smaller one. The current onsite manager, Jim, was EXTREMELY helpful in the process. He was knowledgeable, responsive, and made sure it went smoothly. Fantastic facility... actually air conditioned! And the manager is first rate... extremely helpful. Simply the best storage facility in the area.
