Just moved our daughter into a new place in Orange - accidentally broke a window in the process. Called the guys at West Coast and they were out the next morning at 8am, replaced it on the spot and got 3 screens taken care of for us too! SUPER helpful - loading the screens carefully in the car for us, noting what frame color each should be based on the complex itself, providing spacers in one even though we didn't have them before and helped us install one that we just couldn't get in on our own. Thanks John & Bob!!
I own a business retail store and we experienced an attempted burglary in the early morning hours (3am) which the suspects broke the front glass door but did not make entry because of the security gate behind the door. I contacted the owner Jim of West Coast Screen at roughly 930am and luckily he was finishing a job just up the street and came by to measure out the replacement glass within an hour.
