Johnny and crew did a great job repairing our effluent pumps and then certifying our system. Highly recommended.
When selling our home in Alta Loma, CA, this company went up and beyond what a company would normally do. They accommodated our urgent appointment for a septic inspection and certification, which ending up with some repairs and special request by the buyers. Great and trustworthy company. After having big problems with another company, West Coast came out and did an excellent job that was very reasonably price. They were very knowledgeable and professional. This company knows what they are doing!
Very satisfied. I had my septic tank replaced. They started at 11:00 AM and I was using the system by 4:00 PM that same day. They even performed some extra work, at no charge. I would have no problem recomending them to anyone.
We were very please with the service performed by Juan of West Coast Sanitation. He took care of the immediate problem and recommended cures for possible future problems.
