My wife had an appointment and waited almost an hour only to be told you can't help us and cancelled the appointment. I am a physician and I care for my family members for urgent matters. My daughter broke her toe and I ordered her an xray. This is not illegal for physicians to care for family members, but you denied her service today saying it is "your policy". It was great working with the folks at West Coast Radiology on my joint pain story. The staff was nice and professional. Looking forward to a story I'm doing coming soon on 10 news.
The folks there treat cha like family. That's the best way to out it. They make sure everyone is happy
Horrible communication over 2 days about how to prep for my procedure. CT tech (?) blew my vein with IV... iodine and blood leaking out during procedure with decent amount of pain in the vein. Clearwater was better staffed as far as a tech, but the building in Clearwater was grungy/unfinished. Would rather go anywhere else at this point.
