Levi showed up on-time and provided exceptional technical/plumber services which required the removal of partial drywall to replace and install a new shower value. His professionalism, mannerism, care of my house, and communication skills are second-to-none. However, the repair cost was far more expensive than I expected.
Well pump went out and called a few places. So glad West Coast was able to help day of. Technician (Alex I think) showed up and did a diagnostic. He quoted me for a pump change (lots of $$$$) which was a reasonable price and then decided to take one extra step to check for a faulty wire rather than assuming what we originally thought was the problem.
