I wasn't sure who to call when my subzero refrigerator stopped working. I'm really glad I found this company. Steve was so friendly and dedicated to his craft. He knew what was wrong with it before even looking at it. I was so impressed.

I have a Viking electric cooktop with 6 elements. One of the elements stopped working so I called to have someone come look at it. They canceled the first appointment and rescheduled it for 2 days later. The next day they called to see if they could come since they had time that day I said yes. It is $120.00 which would be deducted from the repair charge. They came, looked very quickly at the unit. Found the make/model and said it would be $2500.00 to replace the one element.
