Homy, Gustavo, Chris and team successfully completed a complicated project to seismically retrofit my house in San Francisco. I especially appreciate that the West Coast team was very flexible and creative in finding ways to minimize the visible impact of the significant retrofit to the building.
I have 5 buildings were earthquake retrofitted by this company. They offer one-step services from beginning of consultation of project to end of job and plans. Most important thing is they are very professional and honest to finish the project and offer lowest market price, 100% job completion and offer warranty of their works. They also offer structure termite repairs with earthquake retrofitted for some.of my buildings to save money and time. I really appreciate it.
