I’m not one for leaving negative comments, but I am a big believer in sharing feedback where I feel improvements can be made… Two visits in two weeks, to conduct a water sample and buy some chemicals to winterize my pool. First attempt, and the doors were locked at 2:35pm upon my arrival last Saturday afternoon, due to someone being on a break, I assume. The sign stated they’d be back at 2:40. I went to get my pool water tested today and all of the staff there were so helpful. I walked out in 15 minutes, knowing exactly the chemicals that I needed to add to my pool and now it is crystal clear and beautiful.
