Great friendly service by Bruce and Paul. Came around and fixed up our filter, finishing a job started by another Mosman park pool shop.

Booked for a 8:30am service, told they were running late and would be around lunch. He didn’t arrive until around 4:30pm. Put some chlorine in and left telling us he would be back the next day to clean. Came back the next day, spent 30mins on the pool and then we got a bill for $400+. Charged for 2 site visits (had he come when booked it would have been one), no mention of this in booking or on the day. Then charged time of nearly 2 hours for the second day.
